The car bridge freezer manufacturers introduce you to refrigerator compressors.

A compressor is a driven fluid machine that lifts low-pressure gas into a high-pressure gas and is the heart of a refrigeration system. It inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle. So as to realize the refrigeration cycle of compression→condensation (heat release)→expansion→evaporation (heat absorption). The compressor is regarded as the heart of the refrigeration system, and the term that best expresses the characteristics of the compressor is called "vapor pump".

The difference between an air conditioner compressor and a refrigerator compressor will be different on these points:

    1. Different appearance and power: the air-conditioning compressor is vertical, and also has a liquid return bag and two external pipes. The minimum power is more than 400W, and there are 220V and 380V voltages. The cooling capacity is generally 1200W-12000W; most refrigerator compressors are round, with three external pipes, most of the power is below 200W, using 220V power supply, a few are horizontal, and a few are more powerful. The cooling capacity is generally 70-500W.

    2. Different refrigerants: air conditioner compressors use R123, R22, R407C, R410A, and R134A refrigerants; refrigerator compressors mainly use R134A and R600A refrigerants.

    3. The types of pistons are different: air-conditioning compressors have a piston, rotors, scrolls, and screw types; refrigerator compressors are mostly piston-type.
